Program HYPO

Program HYPO

 Hyperactivity, Hypoactivity, Attention

 For 5-8 year-old children

Who is the program designed for?

The Stimulation Program HYPO (Hyperactivity, Hypoactivity / Attention) is a comprehensive program designed for preschool and early primary school children to enhance perceptual-motor and cognitive functions, including attention. The main goal is to strengthen concentration, attention, and psychomotor tempo, prevent school failure, and develop skills necessary to meet the demands placed on children in the first grade of primary school. It is particularly suitable for children with excessive motor activity and attention disorders, as well as for children who take longer to acquire new knowledge and work habits. It has proven effective for children who are developmentally immature with delayed school enrollment.

The author is PhDr. Mgr. Zdeňka Michalová, Ph.D., along with a team of consultants.

About the program

The program lasts for 12 weeks and involves the child working regularly with the parent for approximately 15 minutes each day. For the first ten weeks, the focus is on individual lessons, while the last two weeks are dedicated to practicing tasks that were challenging for the child. Once a week, we meet to evaluate your progress. I will assign another set of tasks, each week focusing on a specific area (attention, visual perception, auditory perception, fine motor skills, etc.), gradually increasing in difficulty. The tasks are designed to be enjoyable for children.

Part of the program includes a free introductory and concluding orientation special education diagnosis.
