Method of instrumental awareness

The personality development program for children aged 3 and up to adulthood

About the program

The method that accelerates our thinking, increases learning efficiency, teaches us to work with mistakes, brings joy and calmness into our work, has the motto:

"Give me a moment..., I'll think about it."

Reuven Feuerstein, an Israeli professor and globally recognized psychologist, tried to demonstrate that intelligence can be developed throughout one's life. He created a method called FIE – Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment (Feuersteinovo instrumentální obohacování). The Feuerstein method of instrumental enrichment is internationally recognized method  is used to address learning difficulties and promote cognitive development. Behind the complex name are instruments – worksheets consisting of various types of tasks. These tasks stimulate the student's thinking and teach them the efficient process of logical thinking, awareness of the importance of well-chosen strategies, sharing procedures when solving tasks, and learning from their own mistakes. It provokes reflection and discovery. The actual work on results in the instruments is not the goal itself. What enriches the student based on the instructor's influence is the experience of mediated learning. If you have any specific questions or if there's anything else you'd like to know, feel free to ask!

For whom is the method intended
